I have a lot of different things that I enjoy doing that help me deal with my anxiety and depression.
I ride and show horses. I sketch, I color, I write on my old typewriter, I listen to music and I knit.
On this page, I am going to share some of my interests and how they help me.
I recently purchased an iPad Pro and I have the app called “Pigment” that offers many different pictures to color. The iPad Pro has a pencil that allows you to write on the screen. It’s a lot of fun to use the iPad and the pencil to color pictures on the pigment app. I have shared some of my favorite ones on my page and I hope to share more.
